WHAT DOES HR127 DO? - it establishes a nationwide gun registry that is searchable by the general public, mandates licensing and mandatory insurance to own or possess a firearm and institutes magazine & gun bans.
The firearms and magazines you legally own would become illegal and your continued possession would make you a criminal subject to prosecution, fines and imprisonment. needless to say confiscation of your legally owned property is part of the resolution.
